Some people love to cook and bake. If it is you, consider running a catering business from your kitchen. Bake cakes or cookies for birthday parties, dinners or other events.

If you do not use your parking spot during opening hours, consider renting it on Craigslist.

If you have a closet full of clothes that you have not used in a long time, ward them off. Sites like RentNotBuy and Loanables make this possible.

38. Rent your bike, cycle, snow sports or any other equipment

Is your guitar in the corner of your room without daily use? Make money by renting it on Sparkplug. You can also do this for other musical instruments such as amplifiers, microphones, harps or your studio room or studio.

If you enjoy this type of work, consider starting an Etsy store. One of my wife’s friends felt like staying home with her two boys was great, but missed an artistic outing. She researched what was popular in Etsy and started making artistic versions of people’s photos. It took only a few months for her store to become so busy.
43. Sell your cell phone
Whether it’s a new model or an old one, you can sell your cell phone. You can go to Amazon giving gift cards to work on iPhones, or sites like Decluttr that give you money for that old phone.
44. Returning printer cartridges
Deliver your empty printer cartridges to office supply stores, such as Office Depot, Staples, etc., for free credits.
45. Sell Your Old Snapshots
Do you have some random photos that are somewhere or are taking up space on your computer? Sell them on photo sites like Shutterstock.
These sites buy photos from anyone. Even if you think the images are not worth selling, try it. Often, the most neglected images of everyday objects do the trick, such as a pen and plain paper.
46. Bed and breakfast or AirBnB
You already have a place to live. If you live near a college campus with parents visiting or near music or sports venues, consider getting a small bed and breakfast.

A garage sale may not be your style, or maybe you have just some very nice things that you want to sell. Consider selling on Ebay, Craigslist and Facebook groups.
My wife sold some Kate Spade purses so that she would no longer use and do much more using Ebay than trying to sell locally. She started asking for a very low price for the bags and the bid took the price much higher than expected.
48. Open a bank account
A simple Google search for banks that give bonuses to open accounts returns a list of current offers. Be careful to read the requirements, but if you have the time, you can make a few hundred dollars.

Even regular books can make money. Stores like Half Priced Books and others will give you pennies in dollars for each of your current books. This saves space on your shelves for something new, and you earn a few dollars.
